You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to return any product that does not meet your expectations. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Process for Returns

  1. Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team through our Shopify site's contact form. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your returned item.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process typically takes 1-2 business days.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at our customer support email address and send your item to the address provided with your return authorization.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
